The managing partners of DWP Development group consists of Daytrieon Dean, Dwayne Williams and Kenneth Perkins, P.E. The firm has worked on various projects, including infill projects and affordable housing in high-need areas. DWP is focused on creating and managing affordable housing options, with an emphasis on serving low-to-moderate-income communities all while addressing the housing disparities that exist within various neighborhoods, particularly those historically underserved or marginalized.
